Carlos E. Santiago : ウィキペディア英語版 | Carlos E. Santiago Carlos Enrique Santiago is a Puerto Rican American labor economist and the 7th chancellor of University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He had served as Chair of the Department of Latin American & Caribbean Studies, University at Albany.
